I need to try this one. I have a dutch oven and I've only done desserts. Thanks

(12 inch dutch Oven - 16 top coals - 8 bottom coals)
You'll need
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups regular rice
1 onion, sliced
1 green or red bell pepper, sliced
1 can chicken broth, 14 1/2 ounces
2 ounces package dry onion soup
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 11 1/2 ounces
1/2 can water
asparagus for garnish

Place rice in bottom of dutch oven,
place breast on top of rice, Add soups and water.
Put onion and peppers on chicken. Layer mushrooms
around onions and peppers.
Bake for one hour, rotating oven and lid in opposite
directions every 15 minuets.

Makes a great one pot meal. Enjoy :D
